Peturmonkey.com provides its service to you subject to the Terms of Service which may be updated at any time without notice to you. Any changes posted are effective immediately and may be applied retroactively at the discretion of Peturmonkey.com.

By entering this web site, you certify that you have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Peturmonkey utilizes software that monitors log in and member usage activity. If Peturmonkey detects that your account is being used by multiple parties, your account will be immediately suspended or terminated without refund. Do not share your password with anyone else. Password sharing and theft are strictly prohibited.

Obligations
In consideration of your use of Peturmonkey, you agree to:
• provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by any form (the "Registration Data")
• maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Peturmonkey.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Peturmonkey.com has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use, and you hereby waive rights to any refund.

The photo gallery slide shows on peturmonkey require that Active X and Java is enabled.  If Active X and Java are not enabled, pictures will open alone in a separate window of your browser.  Peturmonkey will not refund membership fees due to browser compatibility issues.

Video clips are provided in WMV format. Windows Media Player or a similar media player is required to view the video clips. You can download a media player free from Microsoft's web site. Active X must be enabled to view videos online. Peturmonkey will not refund membership fees due to browser compatibility issues.

Termination
These terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these terms at any time by canceling your membership through CCBill.

Your access to Peturmonkey.com may be terminated immediately without notice from us if in our sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of these terms.
